  1. Gather suppliesA three-ring binder or a report cover, a hole punch, photos, tape or a glue stick, ribbon, and a good pen.
  2. Print the pagesPrint the 44 pages on letter paper, or on card stock for the cover. Printed on both sides, that is 22 sheets.
  3. Add the photosGlue a photo on each of the 5 photo pages and write who, where and when beneath it.
  4. Add the grandchildrenHave each grandchild draw a picture or write a note on the notes page, or on a page of their own slipped in at the front.
  5. Bind and wrapPunch and bind the pages, tie the binder with ribbon, and tuck the pen inside.
